Sunday, (Mar 4) – Today will be the last day for registration for Prayer And Revival Seminar that will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Pray that more people will sign up. Pray that God will continue to stir the hearts of His people in our church to have a deeper hunger to learn, grow and come to know the Holy Spirit and His work in greater measure. Pray for humble and teachable hearts. Pray for God’s powerful anointing upon the speaker, Bishop Emeritus Hwa Yung. Pray that this will be a watershed moment for Klang Wesley – that as a church, we will be empowered by the Holy Spirit to arise above all situations.
Monday, (Mar 5) – Pray for all Christian relationships. Pray that husbands and wives will honour their marriages. Pray for families to live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Jesus Christ. Pray that family members will be completely humble and gentle in their interactions with each other; and to be patient, bearing with one another’s faults in love, and making every effort to remain united in the Spirit in their homes. Pray that employers and employees will have mutual respect for one another. Pray that employees will bless their superiors / employers with hard work and good attitudes. Pray that employers will be appreciative of their employees and initiate a positive and happily productive culture in the workplace.
Tuesday, (Mar 6) – Praise God for the Cell Leaders Meeting that was held last Wednesday, and for all who came for the meeting. Pray that as the leadership of the church has plans to mobilize the Cell Groups towards discipleship and spiritual maturity, all the Cell Groups will, in faith, embrace this vision to become committed disciples of Christ. Pray that God will continue to reveal to the leaders His plans for discipleship for His people in Klang Wesley. Pray for commitment from the church members in the area of spiritual growth, and for a willingness to step out in faith.
Wednesday, (Mar 7) – Pray for the Nation: Pray for God’s protection upon Sarawak, that the Christians there will not be fearful but will stand firm in their faith. Pray that the churches in Sarawak will be united and focused on discipling their people. Pray that God’s favour and blessing will be upon the state, and Sarawak will continue to be a Christian state in the nation. Pray that God will grant courage and wisdom upon those leaders in the state who continue to speak up, defend and fight for the rights of the marginalized and helpless in Sarawak, and that He will protect these leaders and their families from harm of any kind.
Thursday, (Mar 8) – The students of ElShaddai Refugee Learning Centre attend character building classes every Wednesday & Thursday. The students are divided into 11 different classes, with 3 teachers in each class which meets for one and a half hours each week. This is to ensure that the students will get more attention. Pray that the teachers will get connected to the students so they can pour into the children’s lives. Pray that the students will be receptive to the teaching – understand and believe in what they are learning, and they will develop strong character as time goes by.
Friday, (Mar 9) – Pray for TRAC: The Institute of Christian Ministries (ICM), TRAC is the body that helps TRAC churches to organize retreats and training programmes to equip Christians in their spiritual life. Pray that ICM will be a blessing to people who sign up for the retreats / programmes. In mid-April, ICM will be conducting a Worship Ministry retreat. Pray that it will be well attended and from this, worship leaders and worship teams will be further energized and motivated to serve God in their local churches,
Saturday, (Mar 10) – Pray for the World: Pray for the Christians in Brunei to fear God and not man. Pray that they will be faithful to Christ even with increasing Sharia law restrictions. Pray that God will protect His people so they will be able to worship Him and share the Gospel with pre-believers. Pray that God will soften the heart of the Sultan of Brunei towards Christianity and Christians.
