Sunday, (Nov 18) – Praise God for the Youth Service that was held yesterday, and for God’s protection and blessing upon the service and the time of bonding as the youths had dinner together and a sleepover in church. Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to work in the hearts and lives of the youths, and also the adults who came for the service, that they be willing to make changes in their lives, and give up bad habits and anything that is contrary to God’s will for their lives. Pray that they will yield to the Holy Spirit’s work in their lives, that their lives be renewed from the inside and working itself into their conduct as God reproduces Christ’s character in them.

Pray that we will heed His call to turn away from our own selfish interests, take up our cross and follow after Him, and find our lives by giving them up to His greater purpose. Pray that God will give us the faith and the stamina to live as His sons and daughters, now and always.
