Hardships and challenges are inevitable.
The way we respond to it has to be different from the way the world responds.

* In the midst of hardships and challenges, James exhorts us towards faithful prayer.
Final Word
We are to practice patience, perseverance and prayer in the midst of hardship and challenges because we have the promise that Christ will return again.
Reflection Question
1. Were there moments when you grumbled instead of practicing patience? What were those moments?
2. Do you find yourself wanting to give in, give up or give way in your struggles? How can you persevere on?
3. Do you struggle to confess your sins to one another? Ask the Lord to give you a small group of brothers and sister in Christ whom you could be vulnerable and confess.
