Introduction
Hebrews 2 begins with an exhortation.
Exhortation is not just a piece of advice; it is more than that.
Biblical exhortation is the act of urging, encouraging and admonishing believers towards faithful obedience, spiritual growth and righteous living.
Explanation
* We must pay very careful attention to the gospel message that comes to us through Christ so that we do not drift away.
* The reason we need to pay close attention to the Word of Jesus is because Jesus is the source of our salvation.
* Jesus chose to become like man so that He may save us.
Final Word
Let us not look at ourselves but look to Jesus who became the author of our salvation.
