Scripture Text: John 1: 43 – 51
Introduction
We are to point people to Jesus.
Explanation
1) Andrew made it his priority to share about Jesus to his brother. Do we make it a priority to share Jesus with others?
2) Sometimes in our attempt in sharing the gospel, in our attempt in bringing people to Jesus, we may face skepticism. We may have to deal with prejudices.
3) The conviction of the heart must come from the Lord. Having met with Jesus, Nathaneal begins to have faith in Jesus.
Final Word
Two things:
1) We follow Jesus as a disciple.
2) We be on the lookout for the Simons and Nathaneals.
Reflection Question
1) Am I following Jesus as his disciple?
2) Who are the Simons and Nathaneals in my life whom I can be on the lookout?
